mMieszkaniec 2.35.1

mMieszkaniec is a mobile application designed to facilitate ongoing communication between local governments and their residents. The primary objective of this tool is to ensure swift engagement with residents who have the application installed, primarily through PUSH notifications. It is available for free download and consists of several independent modules:

• mKonsultacje – This module allows residents to participate in social dialogue by accessing consultations, surveys, and reports. Users can track current and archived consultations, complete surveys, and review reports and results.
• mBo – The Citizens' Budget module enables users to submit and review projects, vote, and track results.
• mOgłoszenia – This module serves to notify residents about events, outages, renovations, and weather alerts.
• mZgłoszenia – A module for reporting faults and architectural barriers. It allows users to submit reports, review their history, observe submissions by others, and receive notifications about status changes.
• mOdpady – This section includes a waste collection schedule with notifications, a map of waste collection points (PSZOK), informational fragments, and the capability to report issues with waste collection.
• mTurysta – An interactive guide featuring maps and descriptions of routes, trails, and local attractions.
• mKarta – A virtual resident card with an individual QR code that provides access to discounts and benefits offered by partners.
• mOświata – This module facilitates communication with educational institutions, offering insight into fees, absence reporting, and access to notice boards.
• mDostępność – Supports individuals with special needs through a map of accessible places, information on amenities, and potential barriers.
• mPodatki – Provides access to details regarding liabilities and the option for online payment.
• Więcej – Allows redirection to external applications and websites.

To utilize the functions of the application, users must select their municipality or city from a list of active local governments. The full range of functionalities depends on the modules activated by each local authority.
